Now, I was NOT on your flight but am wondering ...Why is it that if an individual had boarded your flight and in the name ofthe liberation of some third world country, had forcably detained everyoneagainst their will for 11 hours, it would be an act of terrorism, but if acorporation does it in the name of either profit or incompetency it issimply "unacceptable"?
