I can email you an official PDF of JetBlue's new Customer Bill of Rights.
JetBlue continues to apologize for recent events and has taken initiative in creating this B.O.R. That alone is more than any other airline can claim at this point in time, considering that most airlines are opposed to the bill. JetBlue, on the other hand, wants to prove they truley are committed to you the customer. I know it's hard for you to believe because of your recent encounter but it's very sincere.
